Who may apply?

Students in Pre-K through third grade are eligible to apply if they meet either of the following criteria:

• They have a parent or step-parent who is currently incarcerated or has a history of incarceration.
• They reside in our neighborhood, specifically within the following ZIP codes: 73111, 73104, 73105, 73117, 73121, and 73106.
